COVID-19 Updates

We are committed to making our workouts a safe place. We ask that you please refrain from participating if you have any symptoms of COVID-19 (or any illness) or were recently exposed to a positive case. Please note the following:

  1. Masks are required for entry/check-in/exit. Masks are not required during the physical workout, but can be worn. 
  2. We will be performing required temperature checks prior to each class. Temperatures of 100.2 or higher will not be allowed to participate on that day.
  3. Social distancing of 6ft will be required in all classes. 
  4. There will be no equipment. You will be required to bring your own fitness mat. 
  5. The space will only be used by SWERVE Strength. Because the space is not a gym, exposure will be limited. 
  6. After each class, the space will sanitized using a maximum-strength sanitizer and will remain unused until the next class. 
  7. Doors will remain open to minimize contact. 
  8. There will be maximum ventilation, fans and AC continually circulating air in the space. 
  9. A signed liability form and check-ins for each class must be completed to allow for contact tracing and immediate notifications should a positive case arise. 
SWERVE Strength’s two signature classes are designed to compliment each other and are recommended to be completed together each week. Each 30 minute class will follow similar formatting, but exercises will change on a weekly basis.

Designed to highlight fast-twitch muscle movements through high-intensity interval training (HIIT), SWERVE Sweat will get your heart rate pounding and sweat dripping through bodyweight exercises. All exercise levels, modifications included. BYO workout mat.

A full-body, medium-intensity, low-impact workout, SWERVE Sculpt uses Pilates and foundational athletic exercises to sculpt muscle and trim fat using your bodyweight. All exercise levels, modifications included. BYO workout mat.

Arrive to class at least 10 minutes in advance to sign-in. Please bring a completed liability form with you to your first class. 


First class is free. After your trial class, you can choose to pay a drop-in fee or register for an all-access pass. To sign up for all-access, contact [email protected] and please provide first/last name and Venmo and/or PayPal account or sign-up in person.

Payments for drop-in fees or all-access will be accepted via electronic payment methods only. Charges will be requested the first week of each month, payments not completed or received within five days will incur a 10% fee on top of monthly dues.
